Series Sponsorship

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 1^{st annual Third Coast Kayak Fishing Series. Third Coast Kayak Fishing Series is a conservation-minded Kayak Series, created by Kayak Anglers for Kayak Anglers. Our goal is to attract like minded participants that enjoy our resources and at the same time help to protect them. This is a Catch Photograph & Release (CPR) series. Our Series creates a competitive environment for Kayak Anglers and Junior Kayak Anglers while being environmentally friendly with conservation in mind.}

If you chose to Sponsor our series, we will promote your business throughout the Third Coast Kayak Fishing Series. Your Company Name and Logo will appear on our Web site, Forum site along with Tournament Banners, 500 T-shirts (front and back) and 500 Third Coast Kayak Fishing Series Rulers (Series sponsors will be the only sponsor on the Third Coast Kayak Fishing Series Rulers). Your Company Name will also be included in all Radio and print advertising. We have set up a proposed budget of $10000.00 ($5000.00 in-kind) in Radio and Media advertising alone.

The Series will start in February of 2008, with five CPR events ending in October 2008:

Corpus Christi, Port Isabel, Kingsville, Port O’Connor and Aransas Pass

A portion of each entry collected along with all proceeds from raffle items will be donated to a local non- profit charity such as Costal Bend Bays Foundation or other named non-profit charity for conservation in their area (i.e. the Rio Grand Valley/ Port O’Conner). We will be using the Accounting Firm of Sean P. Brannem, CPA

If you would like to Sponsor just one or more of our 5 events, we will promote your business throughout the Third Coast Kayak Fishing Series. Depending on the amount or your donation your Company Name and Logo will appear on our Web site, Forum site along with Tournament Banners, 100 T-shirts (per event)..

We are also looking for Angler of the Year, Team of the Year and Event sponsors for each of the 5 events to help off set the additional cost. We have attached a projected expense and revenue budget. Along with a copy of the letter we will be sending out to other prospective sponsors for each Individual Event

Any Donation will be greatly appreciated. If the donation is an Item, please specify the monetary value. Based on the value of your donation, we will help promote your business within our Third Coast Kayak Fishing Series. We appreciate your help in making the Third Coast Kayak Fishing Series a huge success!
